Section 349
Disposition versions
349. Where a person summoned to a hearing is present, the substance of the offence shall be stated to him and he shall be asked whether he pleads guilty or not guilty.
Where the person summoned pleads guilty, the board or the racing judges, as the case may be, convict him after he has been allowed to make representations.
